900 dollars for a diagnostic check. They fixed one thing and did not help with the main issues AT ALL. They told me everything worked great and made an odd joke about us being high because we said our outlets weren’t working. Then quoted us over 1,000 to get our smoke detectors replaced.

Mark took several pictures and listened to me tell him what I had already tried. He came up with a plan and discussed it with me. Lucky for me it was the first thing he tried that fixed the problem. My dogs loved him and got some love too!

This was my first time writing a Google review, but I felt it was necessary. I had an appointment with Wire One for them to mount a TV on my wall. I left work at noon for a 1-4 PM appointment, only to get a text 4 hours later saying they couldn't make it. We rescheduled for Thursday from 4-7 PM. Again, I left work early, received a text they’d be there in 30 minutes, but after an hour and a half with no updates, I called the office to see if the guy was on the way and they answered and hung up on me 3 times. The technician then arrived 10 minutes later and claimed they didn’t know the TV size, and would need to order a mount and come back another time (when it was 100% in the work order he read off to me). This was extremely frustrating for me knowing I would have to leave work early a third time for them to come back when the size of the TV was in the notes. I then showed them my existing mount in my living room, so they could take that one off the wall to use upstairs. They agreed the mount would work, but then quoted me $1500 to mount the TV with a mount I provided. I am beyond disappointed in Wire One's services and would advise everyone to look elsewhere, for any services Wire One may provide.

*update, their service manager Jarrin was supposed to call me back 2 weeks ago, to get the TV mounted at a reasonable price and still no call back. But Wire One responded below.
