I’ve been a customer for 16 years and I have never had so many issues until now. I just got off the phone with customer service again (some of the worse reps, I have dealt with, as they are rude and have no empathy). This my 3rd call this week, as my trash has not been picked up for two weeks! Yesterday they informed me that they will send a recovery pick-up, never happened, yet status on my online account says it has been picked up. I have photos that it has not.

Some historical info: My usually pick up days are Tuesdays, I called them early Tuesday to confirm and make sure a driver was coming this week, as they missed the 12/24 date, customer service rep said they messaged the driver and they will be there. They never showed up, but status showed it was pick up, after calling them the dispatch folks said bin was not rolled out. I have 1.5 yard bin , a big heavy metal container that has been in the same spot for the last 16 years! What the heck is going on?! Not sure if driver is having issues or usual person is off on vacation but this should not be such a complicated situation. I am so beyond frustrated! If I have any other option of going with a different company, I would!

Waste Management is awesome I like the service. They don't ignore your request and the bins get picked up in a timely manner. They also send out notifications for holiday pick up schedules. Simple and to the point they provide good quality services...

WM drivers have always picked up our trash professionally and courteous and clean. Customer service however is a joke!!! I have a split bin that needs replacing it’s been over two months now they dont care to replace it. When my green waste bin dissappeared on trash day it took them over a month to replace it , and yet they still charged me for the month even though I didnt use it because there was no can. The bill keeps going up every 6 months or less and thats annoying. Ive wanted to get a 3yd dumpster instead like my neighbors because they said they have a great deal but when i called they gave me some ridiculous price thats not even close to what my neighbors price is…. I wish we could get a different service provider with a dumpster.

First few months I had a couple of missed pick ups. However customer service immediately corrected the pick up situation. They are excellent.
Update 10-8-24 excellent service. Always gives you update if any specialnpick up due to holidays

This past year has been stressful. There have been several times where my trash hasn’t been picked up. They’ll pass by my home and skip my trash bin altogether. I’ve had to call them multiple times to come pick up my trash. They also have a new phone system and it just makes it harder to get through to them. I’ve had my trash dropped into the trash truck for two weeks in a row. I was promised I would receive my bin today and it turns out that the person who I called with yesterday did not turn in the ticket for my new trash bin. Now I have to wait for a new bin until Thursday, two days from now. I have trash that need to be taken out and I can just leave my trash outside in the open since I live in the country. There are wild animals who can rip open my trash. It’s also unfair that my bill has gone up as well. I’m barely surviving on a fixed income. I won’t be able to survive if all my bills keep going up. They’re doing a bad job, no one is being held accountable for what’s been happening. I don’t know if they need to be retrained or what but please do something about your service. This is very irresponsible and a lack of leadership from the management team.

In 6 and 1/2 years we have only had our house missed 1 time. There is never trash left around our dumpster. Good job
