Do you like having problems and issues at every step and turn of your repair? Do you like having an already bad situation made worse by the people you paid to resolve your issue? Do you like getting bad and combative attitude when you bring up the issue of questionable workmanship? Then Wyatt's is the place for you. Do you want an estimate department that can't correctly put an estimate together and will not communicate with the insurance company in a timely manner, knowing that due to their error the clock is now againts them? Would you like the billing department to ensure that their error is corrected at your expense by holding the car hostage until the insurance approves the third (yes they do two estimates before the work starts and still errors happened) and now correct estimate without any communication to the customer? Does constantly having to follow up to make sure everything is going smoothly only to find out last minute that everything is wrong and now you have to do their billing administrator work to ensure payment and on time delivery of the car happens sounds like fun to you? Then Wyatt's is your spot. Have you ever wanted your paint to be scratched during the removal of old parts and not be repaired? Would you like to test the waters of liability as the parts they installed start to fall off the car on the freeway on it's maiden voyage? Would you like the production manager tell you that they knew the method of installing the parts as they came was not proper but they went ahead and did it like that anyway? What about when you ask them that if their better judgment told them this was incorrect and they take offense and speak to you with a combative attitude because their shoddy labor is pointed out? Again Wyatt's is the place for you. Would you like to wait weeks for a job that should take a few days and then having to fix every single one of their fixes multiple times at your expense of being without transportation? Would you like to have Marty the manager tell you that he thought ahead and has more than one vehicle so when his Harley is endlessly at the shop he can sit back quietly and not make a fuss and you should have done the same? Would you like to explain to manager that his crew has made a mess of every aspect of this process and due to the shoddy repairs you are now experiencing new problems only to tell you that's your new problem not his? What about bringing up all these issues to them and them speaking to you like your the problem and your being unreasobale for not allowing endless weeks and opportunities with your car and them speaking to you like your the A hole? Then man you have made the perfect decision and have found your repair shop, but just in case this sounds like something you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy, then keep looking for another shop.

We are big Wyatt’s Paint fans! In October of last year we brought our 40’ class A motor home in for a face lift. It’s a 20-year-old RV and the clear coat was peeling off like a snake shedding skin. She looked awful but we wanted to keep her so we decided to bring it to Wyatt’s. We came in for an Estimate a few months before and we were pleased with the pricing and the detail that they spelled out on what exactly they had agreed to do. We had obtained other quotes but this place impressed us more both in their capabilities and pricing. They showed us around the shop and we could not believe how big the place is! While meeting the people that were going to do the work on our coach, we found out how long they had all been employed there and worked together. My husband and I felt that spoke volumes in terms of a good solid reputable company with good company culture!
The day we dropped it off we talked with our representative (Marty) about everything we wanted to address on the RV and he marked things up with a marking pen to document areas that needed attention and so forth. Marty told us that we could come visit anytime we wanted which is what we did. We came by every few weeks or so and learned a lot about the whole process and the fact that painting the RV was full of sequenced work and you can NOT hurry things or cut corners! We enjoyed taking photos along the way and felt good about how things were going. Getting this completed took longer than we had expected but we were clear with Wyatt’s that we had nothing pressing and we wanted things done right.
The day came where we got to see her finished and WOW she looked good! Another thing I want to mention is that Marty told us to call them whenever we want get an update or when we had a question. He was so good able taking a few shots of the RV and texting them to us. We also got great service by calling the main number and leaving a message for someone to get back to us. Marty and the owner of Wyatt’s are really great guys and did us well. We highly recommend this shop!

I got rear-ended recently and this place was one of the auto body-shops linked under the other person’s insurance. I brought my car in for an initial inspection, which went fine. They told me we’d have to wait for the insurance to get back and they’d contact me once they got the invoice. A week and half passed and I never got a call. So I called the insurance and they informed me that they sent the invoice a week ago to the auto-shop. I called the secretary about this and she said, “sorry, I didn’t know.” she then told me we’d have to schedule another inspection to look for any other damages, but the next available appointment would be 3 and a half weeks away. That was a bummer, but I said sure. After that inspection, I asked when we’d get confirmation, she replied, “I don’t know, call me back sometime next week.” I call her next week about any confirmation, she replied again, “I don’t know, call us in the next couple days.” So I called the insurance instead right after this conversation and they told me that they already called the auto-shop a day after I took the car in about the invoice.

I just wished that they would’ve communicated all these things to me in a timely manner, instead of just leaving me to wonder when things will actually be repaired. I always had to call for updates and each time they replied, “This stuff takes a while.” I didn’t feel like I was important as a customer.

This place has absolutely no integrity. They do not have free estimates. After deciding not to go with this company due to their outrageous pricing along with their schedule not working with my work schedule. They would not give a full refund and stated they could only give a refund less $250 by check for the estimate. Unethical business like this should not be running in our city. Taking advantage of the average people.

I had a really good experience with this Collision Center. I was in a small fender-bender where the rear bumper on my truck was bent .The damage was minimal I was on the fence about getting it fixed or letting it ride I decided to take it to this shop to see if they could see what I saw and give me options about getting it fixed or just leaving it alone because like I said the damage was minimal. Within 10 of looking at my truck Chris was able to see & confirm that he also saw the damage he also was able to point out damage that I had not even seen myself but because he was doing this for so long . Set up an appointment which I thought was only an assessment but to my dismay they were able to get the repair done and by the time I picked up my truck at the end of the day my bumper was fixed it was straight and I am very happy with this shop they are very professional, shop is very clean and nice the front staff was very nice , they called me back. I definitely would recommend this facility if you value your time & looking for a professional shop that knows what they are doing

Had someone attach my new car with a sharp object - many deep gouges. Wyatt's did an AMAZING job refinishing the panels so that they look like absolutely nothing happened. VERY happy with their work!

Do NOT recommend! Took my car in for a collision repair on October 2021. They had to replace my front bumper, windshield, and both passenger doors. To start I NEVER got any update calls from them or an estimate date on when I would be finished. I was always the one that had to call and whenever I did their excuse on why it was taking too long was “we can’t give you a car that’s not 100% done”. When I finally receive my car in the middle of January 2022 I had a TPMS tire sensor that they told me would go away after certain miles, but the thing that got to me was him saying “we had to YouTube why the sensor isn’t going away” which is still there, I also had missing interior piece’s that they never put back when replacing my windshield and doors. Passenger door not properly installed and my engine was full of battery acid that melted the plastic tube to my coolant. I mentioned those things to them the day after I received my car so they can fix the issues. I took it back later that week and they couldn’t fix the sensor. Now we are hitting April, I call about my replacement pieces which I still don’t have and he sound bothered plus he wants an additional 2 days to fix the sensor.
