Disclaimer, this is more of a love letter than a review.
Dear Mr. Skillman, management, and James and Lindsay,

You have my sincerest thank you for extremely amazing professionalism, service, and kindness. It started with my initial call telling the wonderful Lindsay my ordeal with my car. She was so nice, gave me a number to call for a tow, and told me to get to the dealership before 6 so they could give me a loaner. When I got to your dealership, I was having a really bad day and my car breaking down was the least of it (due to a recall and at no fault of yours). When I got there with my little daughter, one of your techs let us in the side door so we didn't have to trek through all the miserable snow. As soon as I got to the service counter, unknown at the time, Lindsay started getting a car ready while I was talking with our service advisor, James. He was so professional and very quick with everything and got me out the door quickly without even telling him about my crazy day. He kept me up to date with what was going on with my car and was so kind. It snowed really bad the day before, and I was given a brand new AWD car to drive while mine was being repaired. Lastly, when I came to pick up my car after it was repaired, they gave me a delicious chocolate chip cookie. I was treated so well and this was the first time I stepped foot in that dealership. In talking with James, I came to find out both him and Lindsay have been employees for a long time and only had nice things to say about Mr. Skillman and his operation. This was one of the best customer experiences I've had in my life and was much needed and appreciated after such a difficult day. I love you all and I will be a Skillman customer and advocate for life now.

I went in for a routine oil change 2 to 3 months ago. The appointment took a long time and I complained. Unbeknownst to me, the dealership put in a new ignition that makes it hard for thieves to steal my vehicle. Yesterday I got ready to return home from vacation. Someone attempted to steal my vehicle but because of the new ignition, they weren’t successful. I’m sending a big thank you to Kia West Indianapolis for making me wait. I appreciate you all.

Never buy from here. Salesman are fine, but finance is the worst department I’ve ever seen with no communication. I needed my title work done in 2 weeks because I’m moving out of state. They promised they would have it done. Lo and behold the day I am moving I call them to check on this and they haven’t even started it. After a few loud exchanges they get it done in 1 hour?!?! And gave me 45 minutes to get to a bmc and register it?! No communication, nothing. They said they shouldn’t have promised me this but they just wanted to get a sale because that was my one stipulation. Thank god I’m moving out of Indiana because I would never come here again. And I encourage anyone who reads this to just go elsewhere.
