Joshua Biskup came to our North Phoenix property just a couple hours after our call. Unfortunately we realized the main sewer drain was invaded by our Mesquite tree’s roots.
Joshua and his partner spent HOURS digging a nearly SEVEN foot hold in our front yard all by hand. Once the clogged joint was addressed we have excellent flowing drainage. Joshua also made sure we have two brand new clean outs that are easily accessible, as this old house had NO clean outs originally!! Additional guidance was provided on how to avoid clogs with our sensitive/ old piping system.
We are so grateful that this problem was addressed with such determination and skill. We hope he enjoys a beautiful weekend out in nature and a chance to relax after a staying with us until roughly 1am in the morning. Thank you Joshua!!!

Excellent service started with the gals in the office and continued with the cameraman and Joshua Biskup who did the digging and repair. Everyone I spoke with treated me with a kindness that went above and beyond with superior customer service. The work was efficient and completed sooner than expected. Joshua was informative and efficient from start to finish. Thank you all! Adam Waters did such a great job locating the tree roots that filled the sewer line. He also helped me understand exactly what to expect for completion of job.

Huge thank you to Rainforest! Everyone we dealt with was kind and knowledgeable! Ebbie was great-super nice guy! Our installer Andy (and his worker) did a great job! Then we had Eric (technician) come out to help finish up the job and he was great! He went above and beyond and got everything working properly! Even the office staff are kind and helpful! Peter was a great communicator throughout the whole process of fixing a leak. Very professional and kind. He got the job done in a timely manner. He set expectations very well and did a great job all around. I would definitely refer him and use his service again.

James was prompt, friendly and Knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with the toilet in minutes. He was thorough and cleaned up after himself and wore booties to keep our carpet clean. I lightly recommend James. My only complaint is that the repair was pretty expensive at $300 for a gasket replacement that took 30 minutes and then we were told the warranty is only for 30 days. Thats a lot of money to only guarantee the work for 30 days. And doesn’t show much faith in the repairman. Other than that, we are happy with James and the work he did.

Bruce and Sebastian came out and did an excellent job on installing a new 2-ton split system and getting our tenant taken care of so they can have cold air. Bruce and Sebastian were super knowledgeable, friendly. after install they checked the system for any leaks and made sure that it was running an operational before they left
