Gabby is my girl! The staff here is always so helpful but Gabby went above and beyond to help me find the perfect lip color. My favorite lip color of all time was discontinued, Petal Pusher by Hank & Henry and I haven’t been able to find anything like it. But when I asked Gabby for help she walked with me through the store and helped me find an exact match! Decadence by Mac ended up being the exact same color and it is of equal quality to last me all day long. I am so thankful for her help in finding me a new but familiar lip color <3

I can’t comment about the services because I never got the chance to receive them. I booked an appointment in advance for 4:45pm for a haircut. I booked with a senior stylist. I arranged to be home in time for the appointment and then I get a call an hour before the appointment time to tell me that the stylist can’t do my hair and no one else is available. They say that she is running behind because the customer before me added services to her appointment. Best they will offer is 1pm the next day and no one else is available . I ask to speak to the manager and I get the assistant manager of the salon who tells me that they double book all the time and it just didn’t work out for me today. She also tries to say that no the customer didn’t add services but that the stylist “messed” up the woman’s color and she now has to fix it which is why she can’t take me. I them spoke to the manager of the store who offered to have me come in and see someone who was willing to come in early to do my haircut. I told her no because at this point I trust no one in the salon. The manager confirmed the double book because the don’t want the stylist to have any “down time”Maybe I am lucky I didn’t get taken by them, as it sounds like I would get better service at Super Cuts as they run this place like a factory but charge premium prices. Also a word of advice to the first person I spoke to, calling me “sweetie” while you are being passive aggressively rude is not good.

She helped me to find the best foundation for my skin color and needs, she kindly applied it on me and I left this place with tips of how to improve my makeup. Bella! Sweetheart!
