Called to book there service in which they confirmed via two people. The first confirmation came via the person who picked up the phone originally and then the second came from the operator. The clock turned to 8PM, my appointment time (5 hours after I have called and set up this time) and no operator to be seen. Even when I texted him half hour after he had an automated text send in which he unsent and continued to ignore my messages. Gave it 2 stars because they where nice and minus 3 because it was a terrible experience.

Ben is the best! After rushing this morning to drop my car off at a the body shop In North Hollywood, I realized that I locked myself out of the house. I found AB 24/7 Locksmith and spoke to Ben - He said he could be at my house within 5 to 10 minutes in Inglewood. I kept him informed what time I would arrive & as soon as I got dropped off I saw Ben pulling up! Fast, efficient & professional! Great Customer Service!

Ben form AB 24/7 locksmith came to my rescue and saved the day! I went to start my car and my ignition had no resistance when turning the key, no click, and mainly, no start! My car was in ACC mode and I wasn’t able to turn the car completely off. Not only was I stuck but I knew if I didn’t get the problem solved soon I would have a tissue of a drained battery. Ben arrived right away!!! In under 15 minutes from my call. He was very nice and professional. Great at his job! I felt like I was in good hands. With confidence Ben tackled the difficult task of replacing a part behind the ignition. Thank you. I definitely will trust him for any future locksmith needs and will refer him to family and friends.
