I have been using Frank at Allspark for electrical needs on my home since the end of 2021. He is punctual, reliable, kind, an awesome listener and fair. The past few weeks I asked Frank to help me do some electrical to support my transformer and additional landscape lighting going in. As always, he did an awesome job. This past week, Frank has gone above and beyond. I was having some electrical issues and asked Frank to come out to check on things. He was able to diagnose that there was damage by one of the landscaping crew and it was causing a short, thus making the breaker do its job. The landscaping contractor did not want to believe that one of his crew could have caused the damage. Frank advocated for me, talked to the contractor and confirmed the repairs needed. When the contractor started digging, he indeed found the damage one of his crew had caused and was very embarrassed. I would have been in a terrible situation had Frank not intervened for me. Tell us a few things he's done for us.
