AquaTek was amazing, We discovered a water main leak on Father's Day and they were able to come out and make the repair. The service Tech that was dispatched was helpful with sharing how the repair would take place and how much time was needed. Extremely professional.

Thank you AquaTek & Michael for being available to get our water turned back on.

Instead of fixing the constant plumbing issue in my complex for the past 4+ years (replacing boilers multiple times etc). They finally offered a solution of "scheduled regular water shut-offs" as a solution so they could get a long term contract on something they couldn't fix. Our complex will be living in third world country condition. Definitely unqualified "plumber".

Horrible company. Came out once for an estimate of repairs, but have since been unresponsive.

Not only did Jim Shepherd forget to provide updates, he also wastedl months of time by ignoring all messages.

Emails are ignored. Nobody is ever available.

Avoid at all costs, and I wouldn't trust them with any work given how disorganized and unavailable they are.

Absolute worst. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I’m currently seeking legal advice.
First they charged $150 for a part I later found out Home Depot sold $20.
A tech came out and did nothing cos a part needed to be bought and I got charged $180 for his 15mins here.
Awful customer service.
Look for an actual professional company. Avoid this company they are a scam

They showed up on time. Did the underground job that needed to be done that the HOA said was not their responsibility. The bill was a little higher than I had expected, the parts are marked up quite a bit.

Company offers Emergency 24 hour service, called on a Wednesday, it's Saturday now and they still haven't called me back. Needless to say I went with another company "RotoRooter" who had a plumber at my door within an hour. Go with RotoRooter and not this company

I want to acknowledge an Aquatek worker by the name of "AJ". He was very professional and effective in performing his job. He came out on a weekend emergency basis to help with a outdoor drain problem. He came to our door to let us know that he was here to assess our drain problem. He listened to my description of the problem. He met me at the drain so I could show him the issue. He agreed that it was a sump pump float problem. Finally, he said he would submit a report to my HOA which would include a recommendation for a new float. I really appreciated that he didn't just assume that this was a routine drain clearing like his predecessors had done earlier in the week.
