I have few estimates from different companies for replacing my all HVAC unit but I am so happy that i chose Atlas Trillo over others. They have great team from sale person to installer team. Santino(salesman) explained to me about the system and helped me through the refinance process with Lowe’s credit card(2 years, no interest)😊. Installer team(Bryan V, Leo A and Christian P) are very good and nice. They know what they are doing and help me setup my google home(nest). I really appreciated all the hard work and service you provided. If anyone needs HVAC replace, I recommend atlas Trillo team.

Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate Atlas Trillo for their hard work, integrity, and dedication to quality service when it comes to home improvement. We had a new AC system installed, and I’m pleased to say that they operated with class and respect throughout the process from beginning to end. Tyler was very informative in pricing the job. He wasn’t pushy, he took his time to make the proper recommendation, and we felt comfortable with his feedback. Robert, Jose, and Brian came to install the units at our home, and again, they were extremely informative, diligent in their work, and made sure to check and re-check the system thoroughly for accurate functionality after their work was complete. As a business owner myself, I’d like to think that I can appreciate and sense when someone TRULY cares about the impression they leave on others when being trusted to deliver a satisfactory product. Atlas Trillo is a company of their word, with a humble mission, and a 74 year honorable history to protect; which they did wholeheartedly with kindness and grace. It all started when Mark the project manager came out to give us the estimate. The price was so good that we could not pass it up. We signed the contract later that day and scheduled the installation date. Mark followed up with us in the next couple of days and the installation went so smoothly. They were in and out in 6 hours and left the place sparkling clean. Mark followed up during the installation process just to make sure that everything was good which was really important to us. All in all it was a great experience.

We have been asking couples of installing heat and AC services but Atlas Trillo is the best choice. We met Santino, his manager Gilbert, they gave us many options for the best fit on our financial and the quality brand of units. These options/ advice make easy for us to make decision. The group of technicians Jose R. Cesar, Ryan, another Jose are awesome. They get the job done as promised. We also appreciate office assistance who calls to remind our appointment, follow up with our request.

Very impressed with my whole first experience with Atlas. Kevin was here promptly as I was quoted and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful taking pictures of my furnace upstairs and was down in a few minutes and had found the problem and explained everything to me showing me the pictures and what the current status of my heater was. Look forward to working with them as I need a quote because my furnace is 15 years old and is on its last legs. Thanks again Kevin!!

Atlas Trillo / Rescue Rooter did a terrific job for us. Unlike most local plumbers, there was a rep on the phone who immediately booked an appointment with a three hour window.
Our technician Vince knows his profession. He snaked out our drain line and ended our backup. He got a flow going again and cleaned the debris in the line. He alerted us that it could happen again sometime and the possible issues. He covered everything and gave us a 30 day warranty.
He could not have done better, we thank Vince and all of you.
Also we had some questions about future issues this week and asked a technician to visit us. Alphonso came within an hour and helped us with how to deal with future drain issues and how Rescue Rooter could address them. He also was efficient, friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable and made things easy to understand.

Stay away from Atlas and avoid their Home Depot partnership HVAC system services. They do very sloppy work. Failed the city inspection and took an act of god to get Atlas to come back to resolve the issues. Final job looks like it was done by an amateur. Why use plaster and caulk? A project that should had be done in few days took months. Stay away!
