The team at Avalon help me with on of my first plumbing project that I needed to do to get my house in compliance with the city. After calling several different plumbers that seem to not be aware of what I was asking for Avalon knew what I was asking for right away. Did not charge me for coming out to quote me for a major project. Super helpful with explaining the process of how they have to work with the city, pulling permits, even coordinated the utility company to come out and get my certificate for compliance. #Cadillacservice

With diagnosis of the problem and did what it took to get our issues fixed. He contacted California faucets for us and much to our surprise, several of the parts that we need to fix our leaky faucets were still under warranty from 22 years ago!
Will the owner of the company has been right there on top of things also.

I had an issue with my year old French drain. It didn’t work over this weekend. I called Avalon this morning and got a service appointment today. Sam came out, looked at the drain checked out where the drain was powered…the GSI switch was off. He switched it back on and Presto the drain was repaired. I asked him what I owed them and he said nothing.OMG you don’t see this much anymore. Thank you , Thank you‼️I will recommend Avalon to EVERYONE ‼️🥰🥰🥰☘️☘️☘️

Avalon replaced an approximately 75 foot off-street sewer lateral from my house to the City sewer line. The crew was very hardworking and efficient, completing the job in three days and getting the necessary certification from Berkeley Public Works. Trenching had to be done by hand, avoiding several utility lines to a neighboring house. Cleanup was excellent.

Avalon plumbing recently replaced our 75 year old, 45 foot long sewer lateral line. I highly recommend Avalon! Their bid was many thousands of dollars less than Roto Rooter, and the service was top notch. They were extremely timely and did everything they promised from the bidding process through completion of the project. The connection to the mainline is on our neighbors property which complicated the job. Avalons owner was there every day to make sure the job was going smoothly. We were able to use the pipe bursting method as opposed to having to trench the entire job. None the less, the holes at either end were deep and they had to cut and patch our concrete walkway. The patch was excellent! They matched our aggregate. I so appreciate this attention to detail. Roto Rooter was going to patch without the aggregate which would have looked terrible. Additionally, they were very quick! They lined up all the permitting and the whole big job was done in just a few days. After each day, they cleaned up and hosed off the concrete. I can honestly say they left our place cleaner than it was when they arrived. In the last couple of years we have had several contractors here. Avalon surpassed the rest in terms of professionalism, communication, keeping promises, and cleanup/attention to detail. They were friendly and just great to work with. I cant recommend them more highly.
