Had an unusual part. Called Bay Power. They asked for a picture. I sent it. They responded within minutes with confirmation and price. Drove down and picked it up 20 minutes later. If they don't have it, chances are no one will. Great service, friendly people. Will shop again.

I am a regular at this place seeing as how we do electrical and solar. It is the only place around that does all breakers and if they don't have what you are looking for they will build it. Good competitive prices all the sales people in there are legit. And if you ask him nicely he will hook you up with free shirts and hats.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
I have an older home 1980's and needed a breaker. This is the place to go! Jesse and Mike were extremely nice and helpful. They actually fixed my breaker for me and were very kind. These guys are professional and are excellent at customer service. I wish every business was like Bay Power. Thank you all for providing a great service and for being so nice and helpful. I will recommend you to everyone!

Run from this company as fast as you can. I purchased $2000 worth of Baypower industrial motor control equipment, which failed on start-up. Being in California I called and discovered them to be very controlling (no pun intended). I discovered why after speaking with the person in charge. As I was trying to explain the situation he hung up on me. It was expensive, but fortunately found a solution.

this is THE BEST supply house PERIOD!!! i used to ONLY go to PCB out at the base before they closed down, and then i found out that JESSE came to roseville to open up this BREAKER CONNECTION shop after PCB was sold. the transition in service, quality, and pricing was SEAMLESS!!!!!!! SSSSOOOOOO thankful they came to roseville, if you give them a try, ask for JESSE, you will NEVER go anywhere else again after that, GUARANTEED!!! they can NOT be beat on obsolete stuff, EVER!!!
