I am so glad to have found bishop plumbing. I now use them for all my plumbing needs. Their prices are much more reasonable than other plumbers, and they are much more informative, courteous, and down to earth. All repair jobs so far have been done perfectly the first time. The only issue I have had is when I called them once - stressing that it was not urgent - and it took them weeks to actually get to the call back. I understand that plumbers are by nature often dealing with urgent issues but it seemed like a long time to call back. The lady on the phone, though, was very apologetic and explained that the schedule had been unusually hectic with plumbing emergencies.

We submitted a home warranty and were assigned Bishop. They called us first thing Monday morning (our claim was submitted on a Sunday) and were at our house before 12!
Very responsive. Their technicians were awesome. Listened to my explanation of the problem and thoroughly explained the next steps/process.

The technician who came to fix my plumbing was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He arrived within the timeframe Bishop Plumbing set and he finished the project quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant (and he greeted my dog in a friendly caring manner!) When he was finished he cleaned up the work area and showed me where the water shut off valve was and how to use it. My condo is in a row with six other units, all hooked up to the same water system, so Bishop Plumbing had to coordinate with my condo association the day and time their tech would be here to do the job. I didn’t have to do a thing, they managed everything. This was one of the smoothest repair jobs I’ve ever had and I would easily use Bishop Plumbing again and definitely recommend this company.

My experience with this company was beyond frustrating. It took 22 days to get them to address a failing water pressure regulator. Clearly, they have limited job knowledge and this would be fine if they weren't so dishonest and condescending about it. Bishop told my warranty company they were waiting for the part. This was after one week of waiting because someone was on vacation. I finally moved on from Bishop and ordered the part myself. I'm getting it in two business days.

Our water heater went out and our home warranty sent Bishops Plumbing

They came out promptly and on time to check what was going on. We needed a new hot water heater, the technician (who I forgot to get the name of) took photos and sent them to the warranty company for approval.

Our valve that led water to the unit wouldn't close all the way, so another person (yhr owner) came out right away to remove the valve to stop the leaking so we could use the cold water at least. (We had to turn it off at the main due to the leaking, they took care of this right away)

We did have to wait for the install due to warranty company needing to order the water heater, but that was not a delay with this company.

Bishops plumbing was prompt to answer phone calls and took care of us right away. Their receptionist was nice, and took care of everything right away. The owner came out to fix the pipe valve, and was prompt and considerate.

Their technician who installed the water heater was Michael, and he was fantastic. Personable, professional, kind and considerate. He had the same tech who came out to take photos with him, and he was again helpful and nice.

They explained the warranty for the work, and the warranty on the unit itself.

Good service, professional and considerate. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I would give no stars if I could. They are the worst but are contracted with my home warranty company so I had to use them. The technician *not plumber* came out and made the problem worse, broke my faucet, flooded my bathroom, and then lied about it on the report to the warranty company so not only was the initial problem not fixed but they also refused to cover any damages. The wife who runs the office won’t even return my calls.

Our home warranty company contracted with Bishop to install a new water heater and garbage disposal, and to repair a leak in one of the bathrooms. We were contacted within 24 hours of placing a claim with our warranty program and they were able to be at our house shortly thereafter. They submitted their findings to the warranty company very quickly and once approved, they were able to come in and get everything finished. They were incredibly nice and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
