Today, I took my decades-old Kitchen Aid stand mixer for a "tune-up/refresh." I am so pleased with the service and communication with this business. Several people on the Long Beach Food Scene Facebook Group recommended this business.
Earlier in the week, I called them (spoke with Fred) to see if I could do a same-day service as I'm in Long Beach. Fred assured me they would be happy to do that. Also, Fred requested that I bring the bowl and flat beater so they can ensure everything is aligned property when they perform their service.
When I arrived, Ron saw me right away, got my mixer checked in and advised that he would call with an estimate for the work that would need to be performed based on their analysis of my mixer. I was then able to go to the local Starbucks to work while they did their work.
I received a phone call from Ron with the estimate for the work to be done. I approved the work.
In a very short time, I received another call from Ron sharing that the work was complete and that I could pick up my mixer.
When I returned, Ron saw me right away. He reviewed the work that was performed and I happily paid for this excellent service.
I highly recommend California Electric Services for your Kitchen Aid stand mixer service.

Had to bring my kitchenaid mixer back after their service because the motor was running too fast and it was still shaking. My mixer still doesn’t feel right and I will not be bringing it back to them. They also charge you for using card.

This place was recommended on the Mr. Coffee website for repairs. Went in for my espresso machine. I talked to Fred, great guy, very friendly and helpful. Even though I didn't have a receipt and didn't know when the machine was bought, he checked the warranty and told me that it is right on the border. He put in an order right away to make sure it goes through in time. I received a new machine in about 2 weeks, shipped to me by the manufacturer.

California Electric Services are not only professional and efficient, they can literally fix anything! I have two DeLonghi coffee makers currently in their shop and Ron called me yesterday explaining exactly what parts needed to be ordered and the exact cost needed to repair both machines. As in the past when I have utilized their services, I have complete confidence that my machines, older models I might add, will look and operate as brand new. I literally have to drive an hour to reach their location however I will not take my appliances anywhere else. I rarely write a review but a 5 star business needs to be recognized.

Fred went so far above and beyond any ordinary help I would have hoped to get when I called CES for some advice on our iron that had quit working. After describing the problem to him, he asked me a few questions and had me do a couple of things that helped him determine what was wrong with it. The part needing replacement was not terribly expensive for what it was, but I haven't worked for quite a long time so it was a lot of money to me. Fred found that he had the part on hand and actually mailed it to me at no cost! When I asked if I could at least pay the shipping, he declined and said he was happy to do it. When was the last time you heard of someone going out of their way like that to help a perfect stranger in need? THANKS FRED!

My KitchenAid mixer died on me and this was one of the few KitchenAid-approved repair shops in all of California. I was worried that maybe I was going to have to drop several hundreds dollars to buy a new mixer or that it would cost a lot to repair but they returned it to me looking brand new for only a little over $100. They had to do several things - replace some gears, repair the fan - things I knew nothing about. My mom took in in for me and she said the customer service was amazing. If you need your KitchenAid mixer (or anything KitchenAid), this is the place to go!
