Today, for the first time in more than a week, my family and me get to take hot showers thanks to Discount Plumbing & Rooter Co! We've been taking "Polar Bear" ice showers all week... no fun!! I had been trying to get other plumbers out to our place with no luck but Archie and his crew came to the rescue. They replaced our flash heater and rebuilt 3 toilets. And - at a discount. He made it happen for us. Thank you so much Archie and crew!!!

Called DP&R Co. about doing a leak inspection due to an astronomically high water bill. They were flexible on making the appointment and had someone out fairly quickly that worked for my schedule. Ricardo D. was the man. It wasn't an easy diagnosis due to a number of plumbing complexities, but he finally zeroed in on the irrigation system and I was able to mitigate the problem until a permanent solution can be figured out. The price for the inspection was reasonable. I would recommend DP&R for any plumbing problems that arise.

We called for help with our water heater. Oscar and Edwardo came out, quickly diagnosed the situation, and replaced our aging dead water heater within a couple of hours. Both were straight forward, very efficient, and extremely polite. I would not hesitate to call for service in the future.

Had an appointment 9-10am. No show after 10:15am. Messaged politely to ask for an updated arrival time. No response and got ghosted. Very disappointed for the wasted time and attitude.

EDIT: The plumber did show up around 12:30pm but by that time, I was no longer around.
