Don Valenzuela and his entire staff did an excellent job of taking care of my car. They repaired my vehicle much faster than expected and I was surprised at the results. My car looked so nice! If I need any auto repair work in the future this is the only place I'm taking my car, so I would recommend that you allow Don and his crew to service your car. I wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating because they should get a 20 star rating.

Where do I start! If I can give them more than 5 Stars I would. I don’t normally write reviews at all something I just don’t do but they 100% deserve one. I took my Ford Fusion in because someone hit my car, they were very friendly from the start you feel very welcomed, they called me with updates and when I had a question they would try to give me the correct answer. They do have a very nice and calm dog very very friendly. They try and do the best they can they treat you like if you are family and they took care of my car and I had a couple scratches on the bumper and they took care it. They won me over. I will be taking any cars and recommend people to them. Next is my truck 🙂 Thank You Very Much I appreciate the work!

At this point we were only given an estimate from damages a local car wash did to my vehicle. This is the vendor they use. In that one interaction, I have to say they get 5 stars. The rep was able to find damages we overlooked from the carwash due to my mirror hanging from my vehicle. He attempted to glue the mirror until parts come in to make it safe to drive. Even though the glue didn't hold more than a few days his customer service was great. Now waiting to have my vehicle worked on. You are very appreciated in this very frustrating situation.

Update...Don's was the best part of a very unfortunate situation. Their customer service was on point from first contact until picking my car up after the work was completed. The took special care to details making sure the work was perfect. It honestly felt like they took care of my car like it was their own.

I highly recommend them if you have any body work.

Don is amazing. I stopped by to get a quick estimate on some minor scratches that took place when automatic garage door came down in my SUV trunk while open. I was devastated. Don is a super busy man. But he made time to personally come out to my car and inspect himself. He fixed it for me for no charge. We had one of the best conversations about “life” that I haven’t had in years. He gave some snacks to my son who was in his car seat. He’s just an amazing person. The paintings he has on display the the lobby were all done by him. He’s a fabulous artist. I would recommend him to anyone! A super positive being.
