Robert Chase and Albert M have both been great! They are responsive, pick up the phone, and give me great advice. They seem to act like a team, with Jeff's approval. I will definitely work with them more. Keep it up! They also removed an additional shower head and handles and converted a two-shower handle into one handle. Made my DIY master shower conversion that I am doing by myself, so much easier!

I appreciate that they sent someone out to provide a free estimate, but the price they quoted for the job was outrageous. The plumber acknowledged that the work would only take about an hour, yet they don’t charge hourly rates—they charge by the job. In my opinion, $804 was excessively high. I’ve since found a different plumber with much more reasonable pricing. Unless you're in a desperate situation, I recommend comparing prices before committing to their services.

This was the best experience I’ve had with any business. Josh was honest, professional and friendly. I have a special needs son him and his team were so cool about interacting with him while they worked and he looked through the window. They left my yard look amazing after the work was done. They truly went above and beyond. I won’t use any other plumbing comping or any other plumbers in the future for any work that I need and will definitely recommend them and Earls Plumbing for anyone looking for work to be done.

In my bathtub my handle to turn on and off. That unit needed replaced . It’s a mobile home. Well I went to the store and bought everything that was needed got home and cut the hole to get to it . I even took the part off . I don’t know how to get the rubber to stay when there’s know way to screw it in . It would have to be glued and I didn’t want to not do it rite and have a big leak going on in a mobile home . So I called for a plumber super easy job . So he comes out and he said boy that’s gunna need some work . I said really how much ? He said $775.00 . I said what why He started saying a bunch of pluming stuff( bullshit) and I said no I don’t have that I’ll call you if I do. Well I went to my neighbor and her husband came over . I gave him $50 bucks for a half hr. I had all the parts and my tub and shower work great . If you want to be lied to and ripped off earls pluming is the place to call. The only thing good about this guy was to be able to look at him … he’s beautiful!!!

Very good people to work with. I think it was Trevor helping Justin first day. Then. Jeffrey, helping second day. They did a very good job efficiently and found and solved the problems. Cleared leash line best as could be done. Gets a little expensive, but peace of mind. Feel better about my septic system now. Wife, happy! 😁 Thank you guys.

Working with Earl’s Plumbing was great! They had a cancellation and were able to get me in the same day. Austin was awesome at explaining the septic situation and what the next steps would be. I will definitely call them again!
