WARNING: STAY AWAY!!

I wish I could give negative stars! There is clearly an issue with operations. If you give out appointments why can't they be kept!? We arrived well before our scheduled appointment of 1400. It is now 1849 and we have yet to be called for a door assignment!! This is beyond ridiculous!! Drivers should avoid this place and make them hire their own folks to haul their shit!

WE WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER LOAD TO THIS PLACE NO MATTER WHAT IT PAYS!!

MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED and BROKERS should refuse to book loads for this company or demand higher rates!!!

Instead of appointments it should be first come first served!! Setting appointments is a joke!!

Reviews have been HORRIBLE for some time which is an indication that management is unconcerned and unprofessional!!

Desumano o que esta empresa faz com os motoristas de caminhoes. Nao tem lugar para ficar voce tem que ficar na rua em local proibido por horas, horas e horas. Sem acesso a banheiro, se voce nao tem agua e comida no caminhao voce morre...insano..nota 0.

Picked up a preloaded trailer. STILL HAD TO WAIT hours before being able to go in and grab trailer. I had no issues with any staff here, they were all pleasant to me. But just dumb to make a driver wait to grab a trailer and go.

Coming here is waste of time everytime you get here there is no parking and on top of security guard is very rude . They want your trailer clean but u can’t clean the trailer in the facility. I mean make up your mind u want the trailer cleaned or not. Then take only appointments and make you wait even after appointment time .Ones you on dock then things get little better it takes somewhere between 30 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Turn east onto salt lake ave off 7th. Go to gate 3, park in the staging area and walk up to the guard shack to check in. First time you need to show driver’s license, else just tell ‘em your phone number and pu number if loading.
When they are ready for you they will call you. go back onto street, turn right to gate 2 and pull onto the right side inbound scale and check in at the office next to scale.
They will check your trailer over and it must be clean inside. I usually get a washout before coming here to avoid an issue.
Follow directions and when done, pull onto the outbound scale and check in again.
I’ve only pick up preloaded trailers so have no experience loading/unloading here. Picking up am usually in and out in under an hour if load and signatures are ready.
Several times the signatures weren’t and had to wait up to 3 hrs in the staging area.

Update. As of around a month ago they need your truck plate number to put in their computer so best have it ready if not already in the system.
