We recently added a new bathroom to our guestroom in preparation for the holiday season, and we're extremely happy with the results. Despite the time crunch with Christmas approaching, Geico Builders managed to complete the project in just three weeks with the highest renovation details.
Our project manager assigned Mila, was outstanding throughout the entire process. She handled everything, including the permits, and made sure the project stayed on track. We couldn't be more satisfied with how everything turned out. Our renovated bathroom looks amazingly precise. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Project supervisor, Brian V. came to our home to discuss some options and provide an estimate. Brian was excellent to work with and answered all of my questions. Geico Builders recently did a tear down and rebuild of our rooftop balcony. We had quite a bit of bids for the job but decided to go with Geico after meeting Jean. Jean and Carlos project manager were like no other contractors they gave us specific details of how the project will take place along with samples of the product our balcony would be built from. We added 120 square feet and we are so happy we made that last minute add on. We passed up a few other construction bids that were a bit lower in price but quality did not seem up to our standards. Jean designed our balcony from the floor up. We gave him a picture and he went above and beyond on what we asked for blowing away the picture with his workmanship and details he added to the job. I recommended Jean and his team to a few other friends that were blown away by the quality of his work. We give Jean and his team an A+++ and would highly recommend him and his team. We also got a 10 year warranty which is unheard of nowadays.

Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result.

Pros:

1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones.
2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier.
3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details).
4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever.

Thanks again Geico Builders, we will keep you as our primary family builders.
