🚩🚩🚩🚩I took in my brand new truck for a hit and run repair. Shop manager doesn't own up to fix his mistakes, won't fix the mistakes and doesn't care about my truck. I got my truck back with overspray, inefficient work, and scrapes. I do not recommend this shop at all. Take your business somewhere else. I warned you. 🚩🚩🚩🚩I don't know why this shop is rated at 4 stars on Google. It should be rated at 0 stars.

I would give this place 0 Stars if I could. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and go to another shop especially if you got in a collision accident. They didn't even have me on their schedule, were extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the woman who works there. Or should I say the car lady from hell. She is very unprofessional, very rude, and does not care about you or your car. She obviously hates her job and is taking it out on you and your car. Please save yourself trouble and go to somewhere else that will be polite to you that will treat you with respect and dignity that you deserve especially after a horrible accident. I had one man tell me straight to my face that my hood could be from the accident, but when asked about it from his boss he denied it. It is an absolute Madhouse. Please save yourself trouble and a headache and go to somewhere else that is professional.

Masters at turning a damaged vehicle back to new condition. Every time I have had the unfortunate need to have body work done, Golden State has done an incredible job. Not only is the quality of work above par, their customer service is too. Always friendly, always on time. Highly recommended!

The owner said, "I didn't wreck the car. I didn't bring the car in. It went from a $4000 to a $12 estimate car.. He continues to say this car push all my work 1 month behind...." FIRST OF ALL: Our car insurance was the one who told us to come there. We didn't choose this auto body. SECOND OF ALL: we been patiently waiting for 2 whole months for a car accident due to a rainy season that caused the car to slide. Just because it's an FRS doesn't mean it's racing incident. But hey asian or not we're never going back here again!

fast oil change and they checked my tire pressure. Employees were super helpful to reset my oil light
