Unfortunately we found a leak in the shower. We had to take out some of the tile and then modify The pressure balance valve trim. Mark gave it his all to please me since I wasn’t going to be able to have quite what I had imagined. The job turned out great. So did all the faucets and other bathtub fixtures.

Mark did such a great job! We're very happy! He estimated what the issue was talked to me about it and gave me an estimate. After it was done he talked to me about what he did and cleaned everything up to my satisfaction and was really helpful and personable. His intern was very courteous and professional as well. Hi, Mark Hocking from Jack’s Plumbing, did a great job. I wasn’t expecting him to clean my bathroom sink after the install of the new faucet set. I’ve never seen the porcelain sink so shiny, and my shutoff water valve at my garage area was the original. It’s now up to date, and I have no worries of it failing. So the day before there was a backup at our office building that impacted 3 different offices.
Jacks plumbing came out and cleared the line and in the process of it scratched my new toilet.

When I called them I didn't expect to have any thing but just an I'm sorry.
However today they sent Jeff and Carson out and not only took care of the toilet but also was willing to haul off an old toilet at no cost or charge.
They certainly put Customer service as a high priority.
The only reason for the 4 Stars was I wish I didn't have to call them for the second visit, however it's always better to have a good experience in the end and that was their goal well done thank you Jeff and Carson and Jacks!

Sean was awesome! Did an overhaul of both toilet tanks/valves, explained everything thoroughly. Previously installed our new hot water heater and that works great too! Big thumbs up!
