I put in a request for a quote on a Sunday afternoon. Mo responded to me the same day via email giving me a window of service plus a text saying he would call in the morning (Monday). Mo arrived within my 20 minute window as I was at work and traveled home to meet him. I received a quote to replace my failing water heater (leaking) and replace a valve and kitchen faucet set. Mo left for supplies and returned within the hour replacing the kitchen valve, faucet set and water heater. Mo explained the updated code that needed to be adhered to as the last water heater did not comply with today's code. I am very happy with the repsonse, service and resonable cost to replace our leaking water heater so quickly. I have already contracted Judieh Plumbing to fix another plumbing issue. Thank you Mo!

Judieh Plumbing installed two water heaters for us in December 2022. The most recent time was 12/31/2022. The plumber was responsive and on time. The price was competitive. Since we were out of town, after the installation, he sent pictures of the new water heaters for proof of installation. He waited until the water heaters generated hot water to show it worked then requested payments. Communication was clear and reliable. We would use his service again and highly recommend Judieh Plumbing Company.

The plumber was professional and helpful. Dispatch was unprofessional, argumentative, insulting, and rude. They did not do the work they were hired to perform by American Home Shield warranty company. It was a long nightmare dealing with them only to have nothing done in the end. This was the second time they did not do their job properly or professionally despite the pleasant and seemingly knowledgeable plumbers. I am filling a complaint against them with the BBB due to their extremely unprofessional customer “service.”

Warranty company referred Judieh Plumbing Inc. Roman came out at the scheduled time 😊 My father says he was professional and polite, he went above and beyond expectation and even recommended another service that we needed done that would be covered by the insurance. He replaced my kitchen sink, it looks great and it WORKS. Great job Roman, we appreciate you.

REALLY disappointed and shocked with Judieh. They gave our home warranty completely different information from what was discussed at our house. Now the home warranty company has denied our claim. It's like the technician turned into a different person the moment he walked out our front door. They sent false information to the warranty company. I called Judieh AND sent a text asking to speak to them about this. Nobody has replied. Such poor service, disrespect, and neglect, I can't believe it. They simply reported wrong and false information.

We had a kitchen faucet drip and a bathtub faucet drip.

The warranty company called me 30 minutes after he left, to tell me that our claim is denied because Judieh said that we have NO DRIP in our bathtub. Judieh's technician had just been here and saw the drip, and told me it could be repaired with some washers. And they reported a very strange reason to the warranty company as to why the 10-year-old kitchen faucet was dripping. It was clearly wear and tear over 10 years, as he actually told us that the inside of it was old and that's why it was leaking--but he said that the parts were too old to repair with the repair kit, so he would have to replace it. The technician had left our house after discussing with us that he would be looking for a comparable model fixture for the kitchen to replace, and he'd get some washers for the bathtub. Sounds great, right? Then reported something totally different and false. Wow.

The technician came in all friendly and seemed very helpful, but it ended up being all fake. I don't know what this company's deal is, but they are not trustworthy. Be wary of them saying one thing at your house and then reporting something false or different to the warranty company. And they don't call you back. If they want to resolve this, they just need to report the correct info to the warranty company. They can contact me if they want to resolve. I guess they don't care that with this type of service, they will continue to collect bad reviews. Wow.

Our home warranty sent them to our home. Isaac came to our home on schedule. Observed one of the issues and said no prob. Started looking at another issue and while he was looking, he checked some other pipes, and one of them got broken. As a homeowner - I was reasonably concerned what is going on and what needs to be done, Isaac however has become belligerent and stated that I don't let him do his job and left. He did not explain anything, he did not help us with anything. Very bad customer experience. Called to the office and left a VM

PS: as the business owner responded and claimed I'm being not honest
1 - when Isaac asked for the towel - I was really shocked that something started gushing and was thinking where to grab the towel quick, and your guy went to the car and get his own. Its not I did not want to provide a towel, I was a bit shocked by the unexpected problem and cannot think quickly of where which towel I can get for that. And BTW - I said plain and clear - I will wipe out water, you just deal with what you need to.
2 - I did not ask specifically to look at that angle valve, it was near one of the described issues (that hot water goes into cold pipes) so he went in to check the toilet has hot/warm water instead of cold
3 - I straight asked what is the problem and they guy just did not want to discuss.

Today I had another encounter with this company as my case from the home warranty was sent to them. This time Roman came to me and even though he did not have the necessary part, he returned back the same day and fixed everything. He was very professional and I gotta give the credit when it is due. So I'm changing my overall impression from the company to 4. I guess it depends on which person happens to come to fix your problem. I can highly recommend Roman (I'd give all 5 to Roman for sure)

These guys came over through our warranty company. Hopeless plumber. He came to diagnose issue with my Air gap. Without even diagnosing the issue, he came to a conclusion that the issue is with reverse osmosis. When I asked him, how he can come to the conclusion without even diagnosing the first place? He said he has been doing plumbing work since his childhood and walked away saying I am not here to answer your questions. Very rude guy. First of all, the warranty company should not even hire them to do the job. No wonder why these guys have such a bad reviews online.
