I recently had the pleasure of working with Duey and his team from Local Rooter, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, their responsiveness and attention to detail were truly impressive.

We needed both a water softener and a new water heater installed, and out of the three places we received quotes from, Local Rooter not only offered a reasonable estimate but also showed a willingness to work within our budget. This level of flexibility was greatly appreciated.

Duy was great, he came out at 1 AM when our toilet and tub backed up and flooded the bathroom. He recommended a restoration service, which we are also happy with, to deal with the damage and kept in contact with us and them while working with us. Our clog ended up being a lot more complicated than expected, but Duy kept us up to date and let us know everything he was doing beforehand. His prices are fair and reasonable, though any plumbing problem is going to be an expensive endeavor. On top of all of that, he is very nice and personable and kept our dog happy! We are very happy and recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs plumbing done.
