I was especially impressed when I called after hours, around 10:30 p.m., expecting to leave a message. A woman answered right away. She was friendly and helpful, which was way above and beyond what I expected at 10:30 p.m. The crew that came out to do the work was just as great. They were courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain everything they were doing.
The fireplace caps look fantastic, and I’m pleased with the quality of the work. What stood out the most, though, was their honesty and integrity. I asked about a more expensive cap, and instead of trying to upsell me, they explained that it didn’t fit with the aesthetic of my neighborhood. They could have easily pushed me toward the pricier option, but they had my best interests in mind and helped me save some money as well. That kind of thoughtful, customer-first approach, is rare these days, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to honesty and excellent service.

I had Sully's take a look at my fireplace in 2021, when I first purchased my new home but with all the projects that had priority I just had them do the work.
