On 02/22/2025 Rudy and the boys showed up and spliced our 4” main and 2” sink lines. They were on time and completed the work in a Timely manner, kept the place clean, and showed me the Old corroded pipes. Rudy was the Lead guy and really took care of us quite nicely. I wasn’t expecting the cost for what was done, however I really had no choice. We were stuck with an issue and Mike Counsil & Company Stood Tall and got the Job done! Appreciate it very much and would recommend them. (Again, The Expense was Tremendous), but the Job got done in less than3 hours. Nice work guy’s.

The Mike Counsil plumbing team was fantastic. A great experience from booking to the ground team outlining my options for service. I needed my water tank flushed, Zachary came out and was extremely transparent and laid out for me all the options I had and possible risks as my water heater is 13-years old. This is the third time I've used Mike Counsil Plumbing and Rooter. I have been very satisfied with their service. The first time was for a toilet shut off valve and a flapper for a toilet no longer being made. The second time was for a water heater. This time was for a clog in the pipes from the bathroom. Could not reach the clog with the tool I had and wasn’t sure the builders who built my home did a great job or cut corners. Again, everyone was very friendly and professional. Job was done quick and I’m 100% happy.

Tony was courteous, flexible with my schedule and willing to communicate via texts and face to face conversations. He followed up after the initial install to come back and finalize what was needed to pass the upcoming inspection. Communicated about water shut off times, what the various areas of retro fitting were and the need, along with reviewing the contract that outlines the maintenance service I paid for. Cleaned up and only evidence he had been here was some water that was drying. 10 out of 10 on customers service, communication and the install.

I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. They initially came to diagnose an issue with my high-end Kohler toilet, correctly identified the part needed, and even placed the order. However, everything went downhill after that. They were supposed to come back in two weeks once the replacement part arrived, but never showed up. After I called to follow up, they finally came—only for the plumber to say he couldn’t do it alone and would return the next day. Yet again, no-show.

When I called to reschedule for a third time, they missed that appointment too. Finally, someone informed me they don’t even handle this type of service. The lack of communication was appalling, and it was clear they didn’t have the expertise or willingness to handle a high-end fixture. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber—especially for specialized or high-end jobs—look elsewhere. I do not recommend this company.

Rich and his team did a great job installing two Toto Neorest toilets in our existing bathrooms. The job was complicated by rusting flanges but Rich and team overcame the challenges and successfully installed the toilets over three days. They were professional, courteous and always kept me apprised of their plans and progress. They also cleaned up well at the end of each day, which I appreciated. I highly recommend Rich and Mike Counsil for your next plumbing job.

A toilet was not draining properly. I called Mike Counsil Plumbing because we had worked together before. Connie was very helpful and was able to book me with Carlos. I called around 8 am, Carlos arrived before 10 am and was done by 11 am. Carlos remembered me. He was friendly, competent, and understanding.
