THE BEST!!!! I absolutely can not recommend this business more. Mike was beyond helpful over the phone and helped me to resolve my issue and took a good amount of time with me to discuss the issues I was having, while also offering remedies to prevent further problems. The other repair companies I called before him wouldn’t even give me the time of day, and we’re going to charge me an arm and a leg just to come out, and then not for 2 weeks. Mike is awesome and I will call him again if I ever need him and would recommend him in a heartbeat. More companies should be like this these days who have integrity and care about their customers. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Mike!!! ☺️

Called for repair of a washing machine. He gave it to me straight telling me the issue and that it wouldn't make financial sense for me to spend that much on a repair. Very knowledgeable, didn't waste my time or try to get sell me on anything. Wonderful man, honest and trustworthy will DEFINITELY be using him for future repairs on any appliances I need repair with.

Wonderful experience, although brief. He helped me fix my dishwasher issue with a phone call. You don’t get that often these days, so I will be recommending him to everyone. And I’ll call him back when I have another issue I can actually pay him to fix.

Mike was friendly and responsive (same day). My freezer would not maintain a temp below 40, he troubleshot & advised me that repair was possible, but not necessarily the best or reliable option.

Mike is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was here on time - even amidst his busy schedule. He explained things very clearly and knew how to fix the issues with our oven/stove quickly. 10 out of 10 would recommend using him for any appliance repairs.

Responded the day we called him. Quick to diagnose the problem and develop an estimate. And he was honest to his disadvantage in recommending replacement of the appliance over repair while remaining completely willing to repair if we wised. His fee was quite reasonable.

Mike quite gained my confidence. I will certainly call him again and do not hesitate to recommend him.

Called mike because my dryer stopped heating, he came out next day and fixed it very quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable rate. Definitely recommend, and will be my first choice again in the future.

I called Mike Nohel for the first time yesterday, in the later morning hours. He made room for me and my appliance issue the same day.

I thought that the GE oven hinges would be the only issue at hand.
Mike checked for the availability of the hinges; YES, it was a go for Tuesday.

However, Mike explained that we should hold off on replacing the hinges because the oven controller knob is also loose. The loose controller knob makes a direct electrical connection within the oven control unit, and If the knob breaks, the oven will suddenly stop working.

Mike checked into the availability of the controller knobs, and there wasn't one to be found as of yet.

I appreciate Mike Nohels's effort, truthfulness, and the information he has provided.
