Richie was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and proactive. He serviced our water heater (just an annual flush). While he was there, he did a quick inspection of other areas of the house and gave recommendations. He was clear about things that (a) could be done, but were not really necessary and (b) things that he would recommend doing either now or within the next year or so.

Very helpful to have someone issue spot things for us without hard selling us that everything needed to be done now.

I had a slow to non-draining issue with my tub/shower drain. After my attempt to clear the drain with unclogging solutions, a plunger and a snake all failed; I realized I had to access the rear drain side of my tub via an access panel in my bedroom. Once I disconnected the drain, I found a slew of issues. Original construction or previous owner used a commercial grade, chrome plated downspout and trap on my drain which had deteriorated and started slowly leaking. Two trips to Lowes for parts and I realized I needed to call in a professional.

I called Olson Superior Plumbing after seeing them tackling other plumbing issues within my neighborhood. I left a voice message and received a call back within 20 minutes. Spoke to Margie, she explained their services and estimate pricing. I forwarded pictures of my situation to her, and upon receipt, she scheduled a technician for the next day between 10am-12pm. Since this wasn't an emergency, I was okay with next day service. At this point all I wanted was to have the dang thing fixed!

Margie sent me two emails consisting of the service call/diagnostic estimate and that my "Job" had been scheduled. I then received a text stating that Francisco D. was my technician arriving the next day between 10am-12pm.

The following morning @ 9:41am, I received a text stating that Francisco was en route. Twenty minutes later, Francisco arrived. He evaluated the situation and provided me with an actual repair estimate. Upon my approval, Francisco went to work and 3.5hrs. later, my tub/shower drain was completely rebuilt/replaced and the clog was cleared. The downside unfortunately is he had to cut a hole in the ceiling of my neighbors garage to access my tub and perform these repairs. Since Olson Superior Plumbing technicians are not drywallers, I now have to find someone to patch the hole.

Overall, my experience with Olson Superior has been top notch! Very professional from the initial phone call to the final minute of repair. Francisco is a consummate professional. He didn't hesitate to jump into the job and get it done. He didn't have to call and ask for someone else's opinion on what he should do. He knew what he was doing right from the start. He was very communicative and answered all my questions thoroughly throughout the process. His 13+ years of experience shows.

As a homeowner, I realize that sometimes you have to pay the piper, bite the bullet and hire a professional. With that though, comes the piece of mind that the work is done professionally and is guaranteed, so that we can then feel at ease and get back to our normal way of life. With this experience, I'll most likely be calling Olson Superior Pluming for my future pluming needs.
