They collect heavy fees so they can pay off our state government. (Newsom) democrat or Republican that should bother you ... That's a fact you can look it up. And they're making major profits and still gonna raise our rates again this month I guess they haven't burned down enough stuff. Maybe they'll get their own stuff and burn their own facilities down this time, one can only hope, maybe they'll kill their Own this time. That would be a shame, but oh well serves them right , maybe when they start losing their own they'll start paying attention to safety

This why monopolies are bad. This is the worst company with the worst staff on the planet. It's insane how much money they make when their service is below incompetent. I opened an application paid them a $3,000 deposit and heard nothing for a month. I reached out and was told they had everything they needed and would assign a project manager. 2 months later, nothing. I reach out again and they tell me my application was canceled because they didn't have all the documents. Firstly they did have the documents and secondly they didn't think to reach out to ask? Then they say there's a new project manager who asks for the documents again, I send them, hear nothing back for a month, reach out and get an auto-response that the project manager isn't on any projects anymore and to reach out to someone else. I reach out and he says your application was canceled bc we didn't get all of the documents. I resend. It's been 4 months and back to square one. This company needs to be dismantled by competition in the market. Just terrible.

Charge insane amounts of money and when they want to upgrade their own equipment instead of using their own trillions of dollars they gouge the pockets of the people to pay for it. These criminals raise the rates like clock work two to three times a year.

Worst company ever. They will require you to pay huge fees first but your application will be pending for 3-4 months and their project managers don't care to respond at all. They should closed their company.

You guys need to invest in teslas wireless electric broadcasting system problem solved... plan that department
