Jessie and his crew did an outstanding job demolishing, filling and compacting my old backyard pool. Jessie determined the best path to the back, which was difficult, involving removing and reinstalling a section of fencing and causing a minimum of damage to the landscaping and irrigation. His crew managed their earth moving, concrete cutting and soil compacting equipment expertly, going significantly above and beyond permit requirements. When the job was complete, they had returned the front yard to its original contours, left the ground cover unscathed, and turned the edges of the pool deck into a bespoke walkway. All without breaking or cracking the large expanse of unavoidable exposed aggregate patio. & highly recommend this company.

I hired Precon for a demo project and I was so impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to following my timeline that I hired them for a complete condo REMODEL! I am extremely disappointed with Precon Demolition. They promised to refund us for a cancelled order weeks ago, but despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have not responded or delivered the refund. Their lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment is unacceptable. I urge Precon Demolition to rectify the situation immediately by providing the promised refund. Their unreliability and unresponsiveness are reasons why I cannot recommend their services.

UPDATE: They finally sent us the refund after we got the city involved and threatened legal action, so I have revised my review to 3 stars.

Hello, sorry, I have never done one of these before. However, I feel as though this may be a good time to begin.
We had some wat a in the last rainstorm, damag both the roof and my front room. If this were not traumatizing enough for a single mom with 2 not so little boys anymore.. We had a pipe burst from my attic into My bathroom. None of which is covered by my homeowners insurance, still haven’t figured that one out btw.
We did have a couple of quotes on things, that alone was enough to set my migraines off to a new level of “I hate you-itis”… especially when phone calls and emails are never returned.
The sun finally started peeking through the clouds when I was given Jesse’s name.. that’s it.. just Jesse. Give him a call and see if he can do something..
He came over that SAME DAY! Which was a friggin miracle at that point.. He looked around and we had a quote within 24hrs.. Once I had my finances together, they started Right away☺️ Everything was done so well.. with such courtesy.. and when they found that the roof was in need of more repair than originally quoted.. I was prepared for the worst by this point, but not with them.. They handled it all in the same day☺️ ..
Everything at my house was made possible with help of the kindest women at PreCon Demolition, Ms Lori C. …

I am often discouraged when I look around and see how we treat those around us, whether we know them or not..
We might look to this company, someone there knows what is important..

The best! I needed a hole cut into an 8" concrete foundation wall to access a crawl space under another part of the house. Unfortunately the only access was through another crawl space. Twenty feet crawling on a dirt floor, in the dark, dragging tools to access the location, was not pleasant. These two young men handled this unpleasant task with ease. Polite, respectful and professional best describe their manner. Unquestionably recommended!
