We called Rooter Solutions right before the Christmas holiday for a clogged toilet and water not draining from our washing machine into the drain line. Their response was great! We had just received their discount card in the mail the day before, which at $54 for the service call was right up our alley given the time of year! Hector arrived and took care of the problem. Ernesto arrived to use a camera on our sewer lines because Hector felt we had a major issue, which we did! Long story short, we had to have all sewer lines replaced before Christmas. Ernesto promised the completion before Christmas week. They accomplished that task along with installing new toilets and bathroom sink faucets!
All personnel were professional and efficient! We had a crew of 4-6 people working all day every day. Hector was on site everyday and kept the work flowing. Hector was knowledgeable and very respectful of us and our property. He did an outstanding job!
Ernesto and his team at Rooter Solution were amazing. After Christmas we had them install a new hot water heater and again received excellent service. We cannot thank Rooter Solutions enough for an excellent and professional job, along with competitive pricing.
We will continue using them. It's nice having a good plumbing team to rely on.

Hands down the best repair company of any type I've dealt with. Had to call Friday night for backed up drain. My brother let me know that the pipes had been completely replaced to the street around 5 years ago. Despite this, he said they still had issues every few months, so to be careful about what I put down the drain.
Bright & early Saturday morning, Adan Gomez arrived ready to help. I've personally never seen a plumber dressed so professionally. He checked out the drains & left to run a snake. He then expressed his concern over the initial signs & explained patiently what he was seeing. He contacted his supervisor, Roland, and had him come out with a line camera. They found root intrusion into the STILL EXISTING cast iron pipes. (Apparently, the shady plumbers from a few years ago only replaced a portion of pipe, connecting PVC to the cast iron)
My brother was given a clear, concise estimate that was reasonably priced for the long term benefits for this duplex.
Adan, Roland, Miguel, Uriel (& 1 or 2 other workers whose name/s I can't remember--forgive me guys!) were an efficient, professional, accommodating & hard working crew who, at the end of each day, made sure we had a temporary line so we could still use the facilities.
Hats off to Rooter Solutions. I would ABSOLUTELY use this company again!
