Javier worked alone and completed a very thorough job checking on the condition of a Heating system/ AC system/Pool heating and filtering system/ Attic insulation and Electrical installations. He asked appropriate questions and was interested in doing a proper inspection.

It was surprisng that he still had the time to write copious notes, take photos, fill out forms, and then sit down to discuss all the pertinent conditions. He spoke well and carried himself as a gentleman at all times. I would consider him an excellent employee who is happy with his service and pleased to work for Service Champions. A keeper for certain!!

We are extremely pleased overall with Service Champions and will now use them on an annual basis! We have had another company come several times over the past few years that actually installed our air conditioning unit/heating system, when our thermostat continued to have issues. Oscar from Service Champions was thorough and knowledgeable and helped us get it functioning properly. He was also able to explain things in ways that we could understand which we really appreciated. Ryan came to our house to give us a repair estimate on our furnace. He was knowledgeable, friendly and honest and discussed with us whether to repair the furnace or potentially look at a new one as it is 15 years old. He set up a second opinion with a furnace estimator within an hour of the repair visit. Within two hours total, we had a good amount of information to help us make a reasonable decision. The cost of a new furnace is very high so we have yet to make a final decision but everyone we dealt with at this company (the answering service, the repair technician and estimator) were professional and nice!
