After calling everyday, leaving voicemails and no call back. Navie finally answered the phone and when I confronted her about not calling me back she just hung up on me. I drove to the planning office and on the door it redirected me to call that number back. I called and no answer. SCE is worst than city employees they are not at all aware of customer service, but its a monopoly and the customers are treated as trash. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, its no joke they win for horrible service!
NAVIE isnt respectful at all, she hung up on me, and doesn't pick up the phone. thats all she has to do but I think its too hard for her.

It is almost impossible to get a live agent and when you do they refer you to another department. A few phone calls later and it always goes to voicemail and they don't return phone calls. This is a government approved monopoly that cares nothing about the customer.

Hi someone from your company is using a work truck to commit very aggressive acts regarding cyclists, and you should be informed of this.

If you cross reference the plate number to whoever was using that truck on 9/11/23 at approximately 4 pm, you will know who I’m referring to.

Needs to be an option to rate 0 stars. SCE App for a few weeks has been crashing. Login thur their website and cannot see details about my account. Called to try to talk to a rep and wait time was 60+ minutes. Still could not get ahold of a person. Rates are too crazy.

The worst customer service ever!! There's no need to call these clowns because no one answers. Customers are truly on our own. This monopoly needs to be broken because this is why the service is so lousy.

I wouldn’t even give this stupid company ONE STAR if I didn’t have to at least choose that to place a review! I’ve been on hold for FOUR HOURS and have yet to speak to a human being. And yet they want me to just bend over with no Vaseline with their fraudulent bill they sent me for $847!? It’s a 2 bedroom townhome people!! No way on gods green earth it cost that much to have my thermostat on 78. SCE decided apparently on their own to change my rate to TOU 4-9pm. I sure as heck didn’t choose that!! Website says I still have the CARE discount but it’s nowhere showing on my bill. SO WHERE IS IT SCE!? And of course none of this I can do online. I HAVE TO speak to a human being. So here I sit on hold over 4 hours now. And they probably won’t even help me today or I’ll get hung up on if they EVER ANSWER!! I am definitely making a complaint with the California Public Utilities Commission!!! Doubt it will do anything but what else can I do!?
