I recently had a concerning issue with my Navien tankless water heater; it simply stopped producing hot water. In a bit of a panic, I reached out to SPS Plumbing, and they promptly sent Steven to troubleshoot the problem.

Steven's professionalism and technical expertise were immediately evident. He swiftly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be a faulty part. Despite the inconvenience of waiting for warranty parts, Steven managed to expedite the process efficiently. Three days later, he was back with the necessary components and had my water heater up and running smoothly in no time.

Surprisingly, he discovered that our long-standing low water pressure issue wasn't due to our small city supply, as we had assumed. I highly recommend SPS Plumbers and especially Ruben Ramirez, who helped us with resolving our issue. Our water in our showers have been running lukewarm, and we thought this have been an issue with the water heater. After Ruben arrived and diagnosed the issue, he showed us that the issue rather than being the water heater was an issue with the valves in the shower starting to go faulty and therefore mixing cold / hot water. After diagnosing, Ruben was unable to get the parts at the nearby Home Depot (due to their age), but assured me that he had the part back at the office. After rescheduling for a few days later, Ruben quickly returned our home back to normal and left, assuring me that he will be able to fix the problem when he returned. SPS was able to schedule another appointment with Ruben the following day and I was able to have all my water back to perfect hot water temperature because of his great work. During that time, Ruben was courteous, respectful of our private space (wore covers for his shoes) and explained how the problem occurred and what to keep an eye out for. He also made sure everything was running as before and left our home as clean as when he first came by. Thank you Ruben for great service!
