Their website is complete and it gives you an idea of the cost for services . Trust me, don't always go with the cheapest rate. Go with the most knowledgeable.

The workers were very respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves daily. Their pricing was fair and they did a thorough job. My water heater ruptured and I needed a new one quickly. I got in touch with Super Brothers since they participate in SMUD's rebate programs for switching to a heat pump water heater. I got a fair and accurate quote within a couple of hours without an in-person visit (they had me take some photos and measurements). They were able to schedule me right away and completed the work swiftly. No one likes having an important appliance break suddenly, but Super Brothers made the replacement process very smooth and I'd recommend them.

We had Super Brothers replumb our house and put in HVAC ~5 years ago.
We started having trouble with our furnace and had them come out.
We paid $250 and they said it was fixed.
A day later, it was not working.
They came back and quoted us $1050 on a system that is under parts warranty.
I asked what they're charging for labor and they said it's by the job.
I got someone else to do it and they charged $500.
They also noted that Super Brothers had not included a shutoff switch when they did the install and did not place it on a slope. Neither are against code, but it's not what they'd recommend AND we had rust forming due to these issues.
I regret having them do the original work and am not happy that they charged us for a fix that did nothing and then wanted to take advantage once the proper diagnosis came in by charging us 2x what we were quoted (and 2x what Google says is normal.)
Bummer all around.

Super Brothers is our go to company for jobs big and small. The most recent job was a small one: we had a leaking supply line valve going to our dishwasher. Boris was able to come out the same day. He was on time, professional, and price paid was the same as quoted estimate. I appreciate all of the above. They have also done a gas line and our a/c, furnace and ductwork. Serg did our pressure relief valve. You can depend on them! I think it’s been 10 years since we started using them. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Super Brothers. They worked with me in regard to the gas-to-electricity rebates. I had a gas water heater and I was looking to convert my whole house to electricity. Coincidentally for me, the rebate programs for Sacramento County cover this, so I was able to get a free water heater and installation for completely free. Serge the technician was quite friendly and approachable, professional, fast and so on. Somehow he did the complete swap and installation all by himself, and the work is so clean too. I had an excessive amount of questions and he patiently answered them all too. Additionally, I had the same experience over the phone with Karen. I had some concerns in the beginning when surge handed me some paperwork to sign and I wasn't comfortable at first (it had alot of ToS/Agreement jargon. Karen sat on the phone with me and explained what each part meant, so I realized it was alot of the same arbitrary, automatic stuff and I was comfortable with the process. Since I was impressed with them so much, I got a quote from Serge at the end for Kitec Repiping and a water filter system. Both quotes were quite reasonable, and the water filtration system is quite attainable. Furthermore, their Kitec quote is THE LOWEST I've received out of 5 bids AND it includes redoing the drywall!

They will definitely be the ones I call for my next plumbing needs
