Great customer service, brought my model 3 in for a new battery pack and they gave me an amazing price. Saved me thousands compared to Tesla. But what was most amazing is that we had to make a last minute flight to the East coast and there team took care of me. They pushed up my finish date by one day so I can get my car back so I can make my flight.

I traded some work for a 2013 Tesla Model 3 from a customer of mine. I got it with my cluster not working, some alarms on the dash, and it wouldn't go past 50 mph.

I was driving on the freeway when I heard a thunk noise and the car shut down. I was in a bind and had to be towed off thinking that this would be an expensive repair. I made an appointment with Tesla only to find that I was given a minimum estimate of $6000 for diagnostics and potential repairs.

I contacted the customer who traded me the vehicle and we worked out a deal where I would find a good location for repair. I found Teslamania with Tony and David so I had the car towed over immediately.

The Teslamania team was quick to receive the vehicle, quick to provide a repair quote at 1/3 of Tesla's "minimum" repair quote, and assured me it would be a quick turn around.

Well, here I am today to say my car is running beautifully with new contactors, and a new pyro fuse. David was incredible to work with the entire time with his wealth of knowledge and comfor with my vehicle. He knew exactly the issue when the car went in based on my description and checked it with the tools at their disposal.

I'm confident that the vehicle will run flawlessly for years to come and their working on getting me a replacement dash to get it programmed.

I can't recommend Teslamania enough and I'll be taking my Tesla's here for any and all repairs.

Teslamania is a fantastic alternative to Tesla’s in house dealership repair.

While their shop is small, their work is excellent. They saved me a ridiculous amount of money, and my Model S now runs like a champ.

Caesar is honest, and fair, and absolutely went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed right for a fair price.

Will gladly use them from now on.
