These guys are awesome. The key to my truck was bent and I couldn’t turn my ignition, I called The Lock Dock, and the gentleman who answered the phone was very nice. Scheduled me an appointment the same day, and was to my place within an hour. Super fast, got the job done, and super friendly guys. Highly recommended. Snapped the key off in my ignition was worse case scenario, was able to program a whole new lock cylinder without the truck needing to be there plus extra keys. Very professional highly recommend they will definitely get you out of a pinch

Had an early morning emergency lock out and The Lock Doc was responsive, super polite, and had my issue fixed and me back in my apartment in less than 60mins from when he and I first discussed my predicament... And he charged me a very reasonable and fair price...when he could have charged me 4-5x and I would have had no choice but to pay.

What a great guy and a great business...

I purchased a new used car with proximity locks and promptly locked my keys in the car (I didn’t even think that was possible). Being mechanically curious, I had no idea how they were going to get in the car. Well, without divulging industry secrets, they had me back in the car within a few minutes. We both learned a lot this morning.

After they accessed the car, in an incredibly short amount of time, I just handed them my card and prepared for the worst. I’ll just say that they could have doubled their rate and it would have been acceptable (I’m used to Bay Area prices). I was at their mercy and they didn’t abuse their position.

The guys were professional and prompt. They obviously are passionate about their craft and I value that a lot. Highly recommend.
