TrenchFree did an amazing job!
My house is in contract. The city of Morgan Hill requires a sewer line inspection as a condition of sale. Morgan Hill made this requirement knowing there are not enough Companies to handle sewer lines. This sets homeowners up to be taken advantage of. Another company quoted an inflated price, gave a month or longer timeline before repairing the sewer line and mentioned inappropriate advice for payment involving work around with the escrow. That company was fired.
TrenchFree came out the following day.
They took videos and completed the job 24 hours later after the utilities were identified.
The job was expedient, and the yard and street looked amazing after the repair. Their price was SIGNIFICANTLY lower.

We have an old home (by local standards), and our main waste line was buried under our slab foundation. The line was cracked, with dips and accumulated rust and gunk to the point of failure. Digging it up was unthinkable. TrenchFree came highly recommended, with a solution for our situation. They provide a cure-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining that essentially builds a new pipe inside the old janky one.

Working with them was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor/service provider. They came out to inspect, and showed us the issues with the line in real time with their inspection camera. This was not inexpensive work, so we got a few additional opinions. Comparing the bid experience, the referrals we got, and the confidence we felt in the proposal, we accepted the bid.

The crew that came out to do the work were professional, neat, quiet, respectful, and skilled. They put in a full two days to complete the project, and kept us updated as they worked. When they were done, they buttoned up and left our home as clean as they found it.

First, the CIPP solution was sort of magical. Amazing how it works, and absolutely perfect for our situation (hopefully it lasts!) Second, and equally importantly, I really could not have asked for anything more from the company. They are a quality team who care about customer satisfaction. It's a no-brainer to give them a full 5 stars.

I had a very positive experience with TrenchFree. My sewage pipe had corroded and needed to be repaired or replaced. I got quotes from 2 companies, and TrenchFree was cheaper for a full replacement. TrenchFree also had a lot more details in the quote and a lifetime warranty. TrenchFree also performed a more thorough estimate with cameras. So I chose TrenchFree. Permitting was difficult, as is normally the case with my city. But the actual trench-less work was done in a day, and the crew was super professional, clean, and friendly. The front office staff was very patient with my requests for updates re: permitting. Thank you!

I had a pipe burst under the drive through so the water was shut down for the house. Booked the earliest appointment available with them. They made a temporary connection to turn on the water and scheduled the main work 3 days later. They dug a hole in the lawn to facilitate the work. Later they closed the hole and repair the lawn very professionally. Actual water pipe replacement work was also very professional and I am happy with how it turns out. They changed old valves with new ones as well.

DON'T START REPLACING YOUR SEWER LINE WITHOUT MULTIPLE BIDS!!
I received six quotes to replace the 60-year old sewer line from my house to the street.  Of the first four quotes requested, two of the contractors declined because they did not have the necessary equipment to do the job.  BOTH of them suggested TrenchFree.  I subsequently got a bid from Trenchfree, which was less than ONE FIFTH the price of the first bid I received!
TrenchFree came on time with a full crew on the scheduled date, based on the city's inspection calendar, and completed the work in one day, in spite of having to dig through 3 feet of concrete at the city-side of the sewer line.  They were EXTREMELY polite, respectful, and professional and did excellent work.  Every single person I interacted with from Trenchfree seemed to care greatly about my job.  My sewer line ran under my cement aggregate front porch to get under the house, and under my 4 ft wide brick walkway to the street.  Both were left completely intact.
They do this every single day - they know what they're doing.

I was offered a fair and reasonable quote for the installation of a 2 way clean out in front of my home. TrenchFree team did a great job at matching the original pathway stones after the installation, I can barely see the difference from before.
