I am pleased to recommend Youngren Construction for their outstanding work on the design, permitting, and construction of the new W. M. Lyles Co. Murrieta Office. This state-of-the-art facility encompasses office space, training space, a fleet repair warehouse, and a heavy equipment storage yard. The facility features an organic citrus orchard and grape trellises at its entrance, creating a welcoming and environmentally friendly atmosphere. The building maximizes natural light and incorporates numerous energy and water-saving features, such as low-flow toilets, refillable water stations, and electric vehicle charging stations.

From the outset, Youngren Construction established a high level of trust with their transparent pricing and scheduling. They seamlessly incorporated all the unique features we desired, demonstrating their commitment to excellence and attention to detail. Youngren Construction & their staff are phenomenal! I give them my highest recommendation! My house was built in 1988 & needed a complete remodeling. Call me crazy but I wanted to live in the house with my fur babies while it was under construction. They made every accommodation possible and more. They even built me a temporary ramp to get around while the tile flooring was being installed. I really got to know all the workers. They were highly trained, respectful and took a lot of pride in their work. By the end of the project they felt like family to me. The first phase was the primary bedroom/bath and guest bathroom. Jen is an awesome designer. She really listened to me & gave me suggestions that i didn't even know were possible. The results were absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't wait for Phase II. Phase II was the kitchen, dinning room, TV room & living room. Scott & Jen came out for phase II and I was so impressed with the vision & scope of work that they both suggested. I now have a stunning dream kitchen. I have the most gorgeous 7ft granite breakfast bar/dinning table that separates my extra large kitchen from my new living room. JC's fabrication work is exquisite! I have a an extra large island, gorgeous custom cabinets & tile throughout my house.
I can't begin to tell you how many compliments i have received. Youngren Construction is truly the BEST. They are family owned, competitive, transparent, dependable and take pride in the quality work they provide.
